A savvy marketer and strategist, particularly keen to economic, political and social undercurrents and influences, Lisa Davis had everything she needed to open her own agency in January of 1991.
Under her leadership, One Alliance Communications has become a top independent creative agency whose honors include the first-ever award from the Federal Highway Administration for the most innovative public relations campaign, Ollies from the Hollywood Radio and Television Society, numerous Silver Microphone Awards and countless ADDY Awards.
"The awards are nice, but the real reward is that our work 'works'" says Davis, pointing to client growth across the board, including a 25% increase in annual sales for an international client, a 400% annual increase for a state transportation program, a doubling of annual revenue for a local business, positioning clients for eventual buyouts or mergers, and packaging which gained entrée into the national retail marketplace for a nutriceutical manufacturer.
An avid ambassador of the advertising industry, Lisa has been Governor of the American Advertising Federation's (AAF) 5th District (representing Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia) twice as well as six years on the local board culminating with the President and Chair positions. She has led, organized and managed numerous industry events, including the District and local ADDY Awards, the District's National Student Advertising Competition and the first-ever District Leadership Conference. She remains active on 5th District's Governors Advisory Council.

Locally, she is a charter board member of Women Leading Kentucky, the Lafayette Club, and Communications Task Group member for the Wilderness Road Girl Scouts Council.
